About Ross
Ross Erlich is an accomplished attorney, advocate, and business owner with more than 16 years of experience representing hundreds of clients and standing up for the rights of individuals and communities. Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Ross was shaped early by a strong sense of civic engagement and public service. After earning his undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley, he returned to Southern California for law school, where he worked, volunteered with legal service organizations, and deepened his commitment to advocacy.
Since launching his own law practice in 2021, Ross has continued this work with distinction, earning the trust of his clients and the respect of his peers. He has remained deeply involved in his community, serving in leadership roles with respected nonprofit organizations and advocating at the state level through his appointment to the California Board of Behavioral Sciences.
