Ross Erlich is an accomplished attorney, advocate, and business owner with a proven track record of zealously advocating for his clients and the communities needs.
Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Ross grew up in a household that was very civically engaged.
After completing his undergraduate education at the University of California, Berkeley, Ross decided to come back to his native Southern California to attend law school. In school, he supported himself working for a criminal defense attorney, volunteering for a major non-profit legal services organization and staying active in the local community. This taught Ross how to stand up and fight for himself, his client's rights in the courtroom, and shaped the beginning of his advocacy work.
Ross has been a defense attorney for over 16 years, representing hundreds of clients. Since starting his own law practice in 2021, he has continued this work with distinction, earning the trust of those he's fought for and respect from his peers.
Ross has remained active in his community. He has served as a member of the Bet Tzedek New Leadership Council which serves as ambassadors of Bet Tzedek, one of the preeminent free legal services providers in Los Angeles. Ross has completed, and served on the steering committee for, the New Leadership Project at the Jewish Federation, as a founding member of the Emerging Leaders at JVS (formerly Jewish Vocational Services), and helped get local judges elected.
Ross also got the opportunity to be appointed to the California Board of Behavioral Sciences, serving on the board regularly advocating in Sacramento.
Ross now lives in Glendale with his wife, Inessa, their 2 sons and dog, Wally.
